Lincoln Walk for Life 2012

Lincoln seems to be joining in the prayer.

About 5000 people marched on Sunday through downtown Lincoln.

Sunset last night in the neighborhood. Thankfully the sun is setting later everyday! Tonight it said goodbye so beautifully.

Amazing how stone, cold, lifeless, inanimate, can become expressive, emotive and alive at the hand of an artist.

Cold Steel

Metal tree sculpture, City Campus, University of Nebraska, Lincoln.
Warmed up to the low 50s today.
After a couple of frigid days this tree seems to be stretching toward the sun and reaching for it's warmth.
